How To Virtually Sell A Home
Despite this year’s difficulties, the housing market has been on fire! We’ve seen record sales and there never seems to be enough inventory to go around. At the same time, our world has suddenly become intensely virtual. More clients are wanting to understand, consider, and move forward with selling their homes this way. The most asked question of 2020 has to be “How do I sell my house virtually”, and I completely understand! Online anything can be tedious.
Let’s pretend we are already working together. Below are the steps I would guide you through to ensure a high sell of your home:
1. Virtual Consultation
First things first, we would set up a video conference to go over your listing goals. We will cover things like how the current market is and what to expect from the process.
2. Photos & Videos
People buy with their eyes first! Incredible photos and videos are key to getting the most from your home. We will work together and schedule a time to make this happen.
3. Online Listings
When we are ready to hit the market I will ensure your listing appears on all channels agreed upon including my social media and business website. Our goal is to reach as many potential buyers as possible.
4. Virtual Viewings
Virtual open houses are a major thing right now! We’ve adapted and worked to make this a beneficial and enjoyable process for clients and potential buyers. I love a good virtual viewing via FaceTime!
5. Remote Offers & Negotiations
Offers will come in during this process and I’ll be there to help you all along the way. We’ll obtain offers, review them, negotiate when needed, and firm up the sale of your home with excellence.
6. Closing the Virtual Deal
This part of the process has been modified to ensure as much as possible can be done virtually.
Real Estate is deemed an essential service within Canada, and many of us are grateful for that! During this season, I’ve worked hard to ensure my clients get the best quality information, guidance, and service during one of the most important transactions of their lives. Pandemic or not my customer service remains excellent. You can be confident in that!
